What you’ll do
This is the same path the dashboard checklist walks you through: create an agent, build a campaign, add contacts, test in Playground, then launch. Your first 25 outbound calls are free — no card required.
- Create an agent (basics → voice → tools)
- Create a campaign and attach contacts
- Place a real test call in Playground
- Launch the campaign when you’re happy
1. Create your first agent
- Open Dashboard → Agents and click New agent.
- Basics — set Agent name, optional Client / brand, pick a use case (appointment reminders, lead follow-up, order confirmations, collections, surveys, or Other), and optionally a short Persona.
- Voice — choose a voice (preview with Play), pick languages, and turn on Multilingual operation if you need it.
- Tools — enable integrations you’ll use (Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, Slack, Notion) or leave blank for now. Click Create agent.
2. Build a campaign
Go to Campaigns → New campaign. The wizard is Basics → Contacts → Context → Dialing → Review.
- Basics — Campaign name, Call flow (the script that wins over persona), a short Campaign mission, and the agent you just created.
- Contacts — Upload CSV (name + phone), or Import from a connected Google Sheets / Zoho / Notion source. Phones should be E.164 when you can (+91…).
- Context — Rename or hide imported columns so the agent (and handoff whisper) see clean field names.
- Dialing — Concurrent calls, retries, calling window (saved in Asia/Kolkata), optional number rotation, Notify on completion, and Agent → human handoff.
- Review — Save draft to keep editing, or continue to a Playground test before you go live.
3. Test in Playground
Open Playground (or click Test in Playground on the campaign). Pick the campaign, choose Who to call (Number, Contact, or CRM), optionally enable Write after call, then click Call now.
- Playground places a real call with the campaign’s agent.
- It does not burn campaign contact counters the way a full launch does — but it does count toward your dial pool.
- Use it to hear the script, AMD behavior, and any handoff before you launch.
4. Launch
When the test sounds right, open the campaign Review step (or campaign detail) and click Launch campaign / Launch. Dialing starts inside your calling window.
- Running campaigns can Pause and Resume from the campaign page or list.
