Connect Google Sheets as a contact source

What you’ll set up

CallEasify reads contacts from Google Sheets before dialing and can write Outcome, Summary, and Synced at back to each row after the call.

1. Prepare Google Cloud + the sheet

  1. Create a project in Google Cloud Console and enable the Google Sheets API.
  2. Create a service account and download its JSON key.
  3. Open your spreadsheet → Share → add the service account client_email as Editor.
  4. Copy the Spreadsheet ID from the URL (between /d/ and /edit).

2. Connect in CallEasify

  1. Open Dashboard → Integrations → Google Sheets → Connect (or use ?connect=sheets).
  2. Paste the service account JSON and Spreadsheet ID, then continue to Map.
  3. Set Match by (usually phone), choose Read fields for pre-call context, and Write fields (Outcome / Summary / Synced at).
  4. Finish connect / Save mappings.

3. Use it on an agent and campaign

  • When creating or editing an agent, enable Google Sheets under Tools so the agent can use the connector.
  • In New campaign → Contacts, choose your Sheets source → Import / Reload.
  • In Playground, turn on Write after call to verify row updates before you Launch.

Full go-live path: Create your first agent and go live.

Troubleshooting

  • Permission denied — confirm the sheet is shared with the exact client_email from the JSON key.
  • Rows skipped — blank phones, invalid numbers, or workspace DNC hits.
  • Outcomes not writing — confirm Write fields are mapped and the agent/Playground Write after call is enabled.
