Connect Zoho CRM for contacts and write-back
Use a Zoho Self Client to pull Leads or Contacts before the call and write outcomes back after.

What you’ll set up
CallEasify can enrich dials from Zoho Leads or Contacts, then write outcome, summary, and synced-at fields back to the record you choose.
1. Create a Zoho Self Client
- Open the Zoho API Console and create a Self Client.
- Copy Client ID and Client Secret from the Client Secret tab.
- Generate Code with scopes: ZohoCRM.modules.ALL, ZohoCRM.settings.ALL, ZohoCRM.org.ALL (the code is valid for about 10 minutes).
- Note your data center (US or IN) so tokens hit the right Zoho host.
2. Connect in CallEasify
- Open Integrations → Zoho CRM → Connect.
- Paste Client ID, Client secret, and the grant code; pick the data center.
- Choose Read from and Write to modules (Leads or Contacts — they can differ).
- Map Match by, Read fields, and Write fields, then save.
3. Import and write back
- Enable Zoho CRM on the agent’s Tools step.
- On New campaign → Contacts, Import from Zoho (Reload anytime the CRM list changes).
- Test with Playground → Write after call, then Launch when ready.
